WATERPROOF & BREATHABLE: The self-adhesive, multi-layer structure of the silicone border foam allows oxygen and water vapor to pass through, enabling the wound to breathe while maintaining a moist and healthy environment conducive to healing. The dressing remains comfortable for extended wear, avoiding stickiness and protecting faster wound recovery. Its outermost layer is both waterproof and breathable, protecting the wound from contamination and supporting effective healing.
RAPID ABSORPTION OF EXUDATE: The silicone foam dressing 4x4 has a six-layer structure: polyurethane film, absorbent core, 4mm absorbent layer, non-woven layer, PU pad, and hypoallergenic silicone contact layer. This design allows it to rapidly and effectively absorb wound exudate, converting it into a gel and securely locking it in place. It minimizes skin maceration and features a soft, extra-thick foam pad that perfectly fits the wound contour, providing optimal pressure buffering and protection.
GENTLE AND NON IRRITATING ADHESION: The wound dressing utilizes A++ grade hypoallergenic soft silicone, which is exceptionally gentle and non-irritating, making it ideal for fragile wounds and sensitive skin. Additionally, the wound silicone bandages incorporates a high-quality, skin-friendly adhesive that adheres firmly without shifting, ensuring stability during use.
